A connecting buckle for hair extensions, a hair extension assembly and a hair extension device. The connecting buckle for hair extensions comprises a buckle shell (1), which is configured to guide in an original hair bundle through one port and guide out the original hair bundle through the other port; and a buckle needle (2), wherein one end of the buckle needle is movably connected to the port of the buckle shell (1) through which the original hair bundle is guided out, and the other end of the buckle needle is connected to a hair bundle to be extended. In the connecting buckle for hair extensions, by means of a connection of the buckle shell (1) and the buckle needle (2), a connection of a hair bundle and original hair can be completed without the need for knotting a rope and gluing; therefore, there are no knots, hair combing is not hindered, the connecting buckle is further attached to hair roots, knotting is not prone to occurring, and there is no glue residue. In addition, an annular edge (10) inside the buckle shell (1) matches a guiding-in head (20) and an avoidance hole (22) on the buckle needle (2), so that the buckle shell (1) and the buckle needle (2) are connected and fastened more easily.
