Provided are a connecting end (10), which is used for cooperating with a connecting base (20), the connecting end comprising a second connecting structure (12) and a waterproof gasket (14), wherein the second connecting structure is used for cooperating with a first connecting structure (24) formed in a mounting groove (22) of the connecting base; and when the connecting end is detachably mounted in the mounting groove by means of the cooperation of the second connecting structure and the first connecting structure, a seam is formed between the connecting base and the connecting end, the waterproof gasket protrudes from the connecting end, and the waterproof gasket is used for abutting against the connecting base to seal the seam. Further provided are a connecting device (100), a pan-tilt (200) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (1000) having the connecting end. Providing the waterproof gasket at the connecting end realizes the waterproofing of the seam between the connecting end and a connecting base and also realizes the detachable connection of a pan-tilt and an unmanned aerial vehicle, thereby ensuring that electric motors of the pan-tilt and the unmanned aerial vehicle are damaged in the rain or in a humid environment.
