A connecting structure for a crankshaft (1) and a crankshaft gear (2), an assembly method, an engine, and a vehicle. The connecting structure comprises: the crankshaft (1) and the crankshaft gear (2); the crankshaft gear (2) is sleeved on the crankshaft (1); a first preset number of keyways (3) are provided on an inner circumferential surface of the crankshaft gear (2); the keyways (3) are right-angled keyways (3); the inner circumferential surface is fitted with the crankshaft (1); an outer circumferential surface of the crankshaft (1) is provided with a first preset number of keys (4) corresponding to the first preset number of keyways (3); the outer circumferential surface is fitted with the crankshaft gear (2); each key (4) comprises two side surfaces parallel to the axis of the crankshaft (1), and the two side surfaces are each provided with a helix angle (5); the keys (4) are in interference fit with the side surfaces of the keyways (3).
