A connecting structure for a photovoltaic composite frame (6), and a frame (6). The connecting structure comprises two connecting edges (1), which are perpendicular to each other and have an integrated structure, wherein each connecting edge (1) is provided with a U-shaped cavity (2) penetrating a left and a right side face of the connecting edge (1), and an opening of the U-shaped cavity (2) is located at an outer end portion of the connecting edge (1); inner side faces of the two connecting edges (1) are each provided with an insertion bump (3), and a frame (6) is provided with an insertion hole (4) matching the insertion bump (3); and the width of the U-shaped cavity (2) is greater than or equal to the sum of the height of the insertion bump (3) and the wall thickness of the cavity. An inner wall of the U-shaped cavity (2) and the insertion bump (3) of the connecting structure for one frame (6) can be inserted into the U-shaped cavity (2) of the connecting structure on the same side of another frame (6), such that a coating on a surface of a profile of the frame (6) can be prevented from being damaged during transfer, the packaging and transportation cost can be reduced, the amount of occupied space can also be reduced, and the number of frames (6) that can be carried by one tray can be increased.
