A connection assembly for a corrugated compartment wall (100) comprises a corrugated compartment wall (100) installed at a base deck (200) of a ship. The base deck (200) of the ship comprises an inner section (210) and an outer section (220) which are spaced apart from each other. A lower stool (300) is provided between the outer section (220) and the inner section (210). The lower stool (300) comprises a first slant board (310) and a second slant board (320) which are spaced apart from each other. Upper ends of the first slant board (310) and the second slant board (320) are welded to the inner section (210). Lower ends of the slant board (310) and the second slant board (320) are welded to the outer section (220). A distance between the upper ends of the first slant board (310) and the second slant board (320) is smaller than a distance between the lower ends of the slant board (310) and the second slant board (320). The corrugated compartment wall (100) is welded to the inner section (210) and positioned between the first slant board (310) and the second slant board (320). Also provided is a ship having the above structure. The lower stool in the structure does not occupy an extra space in a compartment of a ship, thereby reducing the structural weight of the ship, and avoiding a problem of a narrow construction space in the ship.
