Abstract:
According to the present invention, first and second sleeves (5, 9) embedded in first and second flange parts (3, 7) are connected by bringing protruding sections (5b, 9b) at the ends thereof into contact with each other, inserting a metal bolt (12), and fastening the bolt with a nut (15). Ground layers (4, 8) on the outer surfaces of the first and second flange parts 3, 7 are electrically connected to elastic conductive members (10, 11) and metal washers (13, 14) which are in surface contact with surface contact parts (10c, 11c), and are electrically connected to the bolt (12). The elastic conductive members (10, 11) are not excessively compressed at a first protruding section (5a) of the first sleeve (5) and a third protruding section (9a) of the second sleeve 9, and the ground layers (4, 8) are thus connected reliably.
