Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a connection establishment method, a terminal, and a network-side device. The connection establishment method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: when there is a first path between a first terminal and a network-side device, the first terminal sending first information to a second terminal or sending, by means of the second terminal, the first information to the network-side device, wherein the first information is used for triggering the establishment of a radio resource control (RRC) connection of the second terminal.
