Abstract:
Provided are a connection processing method and device. The method comprises: receiving a connection request, wherein the connection request is used for requesting to establish or recover a connection with a base station; and according to a first connection result corresponding to the acquired connection request, instructing a non-access layer of a terminal to execute a pre-determined operation. The problem in the related art of inconsistent user-plane optimization operations is solved, so that operations of an access layer and a non-access layer of a terminal are consistent.
