Abstract:
A connection-separation device comprises a clamp band, which hooks a mounting member of a launch vehicle and a structure that is mounted on the mounting member; and a first connecting unit that either connects or separates both end portions of the clamp band. The first connecting unit further comprises a rotating unit capable of rotating with a vertical direction relative to the circumference direction of the clamp band as an axis (C); and a rotating retaining unit that either prevents the rotating unit from rotating or allows the rotating unit to rotate. When connecting both end portions, both end portions are mutually hooked to the rotating unit from the inverse direction, and the rotating retaining unit prevents the rotating unit from rotating. When separating both end portions, the rotating retaining unit allows the rotating unit to rotate, and both end portions detach from the rotating unit with the rotation of the rotating unit.
