Abstract:
The present invention relates to a connection structure of a refrigerant tube, the connection structure enabling, so as to maintain airtightness, the connection of each of the end parts of a refrigerant tube which induces the passage of refrigerant gas between an indoor unit and an outdoor unit forming a cooling or heating device and a cooling/heating device, the configuration of the connection structure comprising: a valve (110) which is installed on corresponding places on the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of an air conditioner; a refrigerant tube (140) which has a trumpet-shaped tube expansion part (141) formed on the front thereof; an outer sleeve (150) which has formed thereon an outer tube expansion part (151) fitted on the refrigerant tube and coupled with the outer side of the tube expansion part; an inner sleeve (130) which has formed thereon an inner tube expansion part (131) fitted inside and coupled with the tube expansion part; a nut (170) which is fitted on the refrigerant tube so as to enable the outer sleeve to be accommodated therein, and which is screw-coupled with the valve (110); a first sealing member (120) which secures airtightness between the lower part of the valve (110) and the inner sleeve (130), and which has a form that corresponds with the form of the inner sleeve (130) which has contractile and expansion force; and a second sealing member (160) which secures airtightness between the inside of the nut (170) and the outer sleeve (150), and which has contractile and expansion force.
