Abstract:
The present invention comprises a plurality of connection wire rods having a superconducting layer on a substrate, the plurality of connection wire rods being connected. Connecting parts of the plurality of connection wire rods are coated with a stabilizing plating layer, and the stabilizing plating layer connects and coats the connecting parts. The superconducting layers provided to each of the plurality of connection wire rods are in direct contact, or a protective layer and/or a solder layer is provided between each of the superconducting layers.
