Abstract:
A connection structure for tapered male screw and threaded hole comprising a male screw (5) and a female screw (6), and the male screw (5) comprises an external helical surface (11) and an end helical surface (12); the shape of the external helical surface (11) is the same shape as a helical external surface of a rotating body formed by taking a right angle side of a right trapezoid coincident with a central axis of a cylindrical body (1) as an axis of rotation and rotating the rotating body circumferentially at a constant speed, and at the same time moving the right trapezoid at a constant speed along the central axis of the cylindrical body; the shape of the end helical surface (12) is the same as the helical end surface at the end in the movement direction of the axial movement of the rotating body. The crest (61) of the female screw (6) is in contact with the external helical surface (11) and/or the end helical surface (12). The connection structure achieves fastening and connection by internal and external cone sizing and even interference fit thereof, and thus has a large locking force, large bearing strength, good anti-loosening property and good mechanical sealing, and can prevent the connection from releasing and has a self-locking function. The connection structure solves the technical problem of a poor self-locking capability of a threaded connection structure of the prior art.
