Abstract:
A connection structure using an oil-lubricated spline in the technical field of gear reducers, comprising: a motor shaft (2), a reducer input shaft (1) and an oil-guiding mechanism, wherein, the motor shaft (2) and reducer input shaft (1) are connected by means of a spline connection, the reducer input shaft (1) is provided with the oil-guiding mechanism at one end thereof away from the motor shaft (2), and the oil-guiding mechanism guides lubricating oil in the reducer to the spline connection structure. The spline connection structure uses lubricating oil in the reducer for lubrication, achieving favorable lubricating oil circulation such that there is sufficient lubricating oil in spline fitting-side gaps.
