Abstract:
An intraocular lens connection support according to an aspect of the present invention, the intraocular lens connection support being inserted in a capsular bag, is a ring-shaped structure inserted into the capsular bag along the equator of the capsular bag. In a cross-section of the structure taken in the visual axis direction, the inner surface and the outer surface of the wall of the structure are convex toward the capsular bag, and the wall comprises: a front segment located on the front portion in the visual axis direction; a rear segment extending from the front segment and located on the rear portion of an equator portion, and a bent segment extending from the rear segment and bending toward the inside of the capsular bag.
