Abstract:
The present invention increases the stability of a power grid, even when reconnecting. A connection time setting device (400) which comprises at least a setting means (112) and an output means (113). After each of a plurality of power storage systems that can connect to a power grid is paralleled off from the power grid, the setting means (112) sets a connection start time: in each of the power storage systems; in the storage systems in a manner such that the connection start time is different for each power storage system group including one or more of the power storage systems; or in the power storage systems included in the power storage system groups. The connection start times indicate the time from a moment at which power can be supplied in the power grid until connection starts. The output means (113) outputs the connection start times that have been set.
