Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of automobile electrical devices. Disclosed are a connector assembly using a new shielding material, and a vehicle. The connector assembly comprises an electrical connection framework and connectors, wherein each connector includes a connecting terminal and an inner shell; two ends of the electrical connection framework are respectively electrically connected to the connecting terminals; the periphery of the electrical connection framework is coated, from inside to outside, with an insulating layer and an electrically conductive medium layer; the electrically conductive medium layer is electrically connected to the inner shell; and the electrically conductive medium layer is made of electrically conductive plastic or an electrically conductive coating. In the present invention, the electrical connection framework is used to replace a multi-core copper cable, so as to reduce the diameter and weight of a cable, such that the cable is convenient to mount, and the friction between the cable and a vehicle shell is reduced, thus prolonging the service life of the connector. The electrically conductive plastic or electrically conductive coating is used to replace a woven shielding net, so as to avoid the use of a shielding net weaving apparatus, thereby reducing the occupied area, lowering the processing costs of the cable, and also lowering the production costs of the connector.
