Abstract:
A connector for connecting a substrate and a substrate for connecting the connector in which a sufficient allowable range can be ensured for positional shift of the substrate in the arranging direction of terminals even when the terminals are arranged at a high density. Since the adjacent contact parts of respective terminals (3, 4) of the connector (1) are shifted by a specified distance in the inserting direction of the substrate (6) and adjacent conductive parts (6b) of the substrate (6) are shifted from each other by a specified distance in the inserting direction of the connector (1) such that each conductive part (6b) corresponds to the contact part of the terminals (3, 4), a sufficient allowable range can be ensured for positional shift of the substrate (6) in the arranging direction of terminals even when the terminals (3, 4) are arranged at a high density. Consequently, short circuit of the conductive parts (6b) and insufficient contact thereof due to positional shift of the substrate (6) from the connector (1) can be prevented surely and reliability can be enhanced.
