Abstract:
In order to prevent damage to a terminal fitting, a connector device (A) comprises: a case (10) having an opening (18) formed in the front surface thereof and an open bottom surface; and a substrate connector (30) having an L-shaped terminal fitting (50) and a housing (31) that is assembled in the opening (18). The terminal fitting (50) has: a through-hole (51) extending in the front-rear direction; and a substrate connection section (52) that extends downwards from the rear end of the through-hole (51) and is housed inside the case (10). The housing (31) has: a terminal holding member (32) that holds while penetrating the through-hole (51) and is attached from the rear to the opening (18); and a protective member (38) that is a separate component to the terminal holding member (32), is attached to the opening (18) from the front, and surrounds the front end of the through-hole (51).
