Abstract:
A connector that is provided to a substrate and is capable of fitting with a counterpart connector, said connector comprising: a housing that faces the substrate; a conductive first contact that has a first connection part which extends from one side of the housing and which is connected to the substrate; a conductive second contact that has a second connection part which extends from another side of the housing and which is connected to the substrate; and a conductive shell that covers at least part of the housing, wherein the shell has a first shield part that surrounds the periphery of the first connection part and a second shield part that surrounds the periphery of the second connection part.
