An electrical connection assembly which can have a reduced width while preventing short-circuiting between conductors adjacent to each other in a wiring member, and a connector (CN) of said assembly are provided. This connector (CN) is provided with multiple terminals (20), and with an insulated housing (30) which has a terminal holding unit (32) that holds the wiring member (10) such that the conductors, in a state aligned in an arrangement direction, are connected to the terminals (20). Each terminal (20) comprises a held part (22), and an outside projecting part (24) which projects from the held part (22) outwards from the surface (32a) of the terminal holding unit (32). The outward projecting part (24) integrally comprises a first projecting part (26) which projects in a first direction, and a second projecting part (27) which, from the first projecting part (26), extends in a second direction which is closer to a direction parallel to the surface of the terminal holding part (32) than to the first direction. The outside surface of the second projecting part (27) includes a conductor contact surface (27a) which can be connected to a conductor that extends in the second direction.
