An electrical connection box (10) is provided with a case (12) which accommodates a circuit board (11) on the interior thereof. The case (12) has a connector (22) provided with a synthetic resin section (24) on which a terminal fitting (19B) connected to the circuit board (11) is arranged. The synthetic resin section (24) has: a hood section (22) with which a partner connector (26) is engaged; a surrounding wall (23) which is provided on the periphery of the hood section (22), and which has a cavity (25) formed between the surrounding wall (23) and the hood section (22); a locking section (27) which is provided on the inner wall of the hood section (22), and which regulates the detachment of the partner connector (26) from the interior of the hood section (22) in the direction opposite to the engaging direction of the partner connector (26) by locking the partner connector (26) from moving in the direction opposite to the engaging direction; and a reinforcing rib (38) which is provided on an area on the hood section (22) corresponding to the locking section (27), and which connects the hood section (22) and the surrounding wall (23).
