Abstract:
A connector (10) according to the present disclosure is provided with: an insulator (20) having an insertion part (21); an actuator (50) being supported by the insulator (20) so as to be rotatable about a rotational axis (C) toward a lock position at which a cable (70) is locked; and a biasing member (60) being supported by the insulator (20) and being provided with an abutting part (64) which abuts on the actuator (50), the biasing member (60) applying to the actuator (50) and via the abutting part (64) a force toward the lock position, the actuator (50) having an extension part (55) and a latching part (56), the extension part (55) extending in an orthogonal direction which is orthogonal both to an insertion/removal direction, in which the cable (70) is inserted into or removed from the insertion part (21), and to the direction in which the rotational axis (C) extends, the latching part (56) being formed at the edge of the extension part (55) and facing the insulator (20) in the orthogonal direction, the rotational axis (C) being located between the latching part (56) and the abutting part (64) in the insertion/removal direction.
