Abstract:
Provided is a connector-equipped assembled optical cable which: exhibits flexibility having no directivity on bends and which can easily bend; has a multicore optical connector pre-mounted at a both cable ends over a predetermined length of each optical cable unit; exhibits good workability when being laid and wired inside a small space; and can be easily maintained. At least two optical units (13) in which a plurality of optical fibers are bundled are paired together and covered with a unit covering (14), making a multicore cable (12). A plurality of said multicore cables (12) are assembled and covered with a cable covering (16), making an assembled optical cable (10). The cable covering is removed from both end sections of the assembled optical cable, and a predetermined length of the multicore optical cables is exposed, and an optical connector (21) is connected to each multicore optical cable (12).
