Abstract:
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a connector capable of suppressing a decrease in electromagnetic shield performance. A connector housing (21) that is fixed to an electrically conductive chassis (11) comprises an outer-disposed portion (21X) that is disposed outside the chassis, and an inner-disposed portion (21Y) that is disposed inside the chassis. A shield shell (24) comprises a first portion (24X) that is disposed inside the outer-disposed portion, and a second portion (24Y) that is disposed in a position displaced from the first portion in a direction opposite from a first direction (D1). The first portion comprises a first connection portion (102) and a second connection portion (112) that are electrically connected to an electromagnetic shield member (83) of an electric wire, and covers the outer periphery of a portion of the electric wire that is disposed inside the outer-disposed portion. The second portion includes a second shield connection portion (113) that is fixed and electrically connected to the chassis inside the chassis. The second shield connection portion is positioned inside an outer edge (21A) of the connector housing when viewed from the first direction.
