Abstract:
A connector (1, 2) to which a high-frequency signal transmission cable (4) is electrically connected comprises an insulator (11) and a contact terminal group (12) in which at least M (M is a natural number of 2 or more) unit arrays (C1-C8), each comprising one or more signal contact terminals (12S) and one or more ground contact terminals (12G), are arranged along a width direction of the insulator (11). The insulator (11) includes an insulator body (21) and at least M attaching members (22) which are attached to the insulator body (21) and are arranged along the width direction of the insulator (11). The individual unit arrays included in the at least M unit arrays (C1-C8) are separately supported by the individual attaching members included in the at least M attaching members (22).
