Abstract:

Provided are a connector and a package which can be transported with exposure of a filler to the outside being suppressed, and which can stably provide predetermined performance during use. The connector (10) of the present disclosure is provided with: a pair of first mating object (16) and a second mating object (30); a first opening portion (29) and a second opening portion (44) with which the first mating object (16) and the second mating object (30) are respectively provided, and which are open on a mating side; and a filler (70) which is provided in the interior of at least one of the first mating object (16) and the second mating object (30). The connector (10) is characterized in that the filler (70), before the first mating object (16) and the second mating object (30) are mated with each other, is positioned on the inside of the opening portion of the corresponding mating object, and that a distal end surface on the mating side of the second mating object (30) constitutes a flat surface.
