Abstract:
Disclosed is a connector protection structure provided with a connector that is electrically connected to a wire, and a protection part that protects the connector by enclosing the connector. The protection part: is formed using a protective material comprising a base material and a binder material with a lower melting point than the base material; and is joined by a joint thereon by cooling and solidifying melted binder material. The connector is housed in an inner space formed inside of the protection part, and the binder material in the inside and on the outside of the protection part is melted, cooled and solidified such that the inside of the protection part becomes harder than the outside of the protection part.
