Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a connector for a sensor that is compatible with a wide range of sensor units and makes it possible to enhance production efficiency. [Solution] This connector 2 for a sensor comprises terminal modules 5, 5, … that are inserted into a module insertion unit 31. The pogo-pin-type terminal modules 5, which are made to have the same components, touch a connection terminal 4, which is exposed on the side of the connection terminal 4 facing the module insertion unit 31, via sliding contact pieces 525, 525 capable of mutual sliding. As a result, it is possible to adapt to a wide range of sensor units 1 by changing the arrangement, number of poles, and the like, of the module insertion units 31, 31, … of a connector housing 3.
