Abstract:
A connector structure for vehicle lights, comprising male connector pins (1) and female connector springs (2) respectively welded and connected to two PCB plates (9), wherein two male connector pins (1) and two female connector springs (2) are provided. A female jack (2-1) is provided on each female connector spring (2). A pin plate (1-1) is provided on each male connector pin (1) for insertion into the female jack (2-1). The connecting ends of the female connector springs (2) are inserted and connected to a female plastic base (3). Plastic through holes (3-1) are provided on the female plastic base (3) for insertion of the male connector pins (1) into the female connector springs (2). An integrally formed bent elastic clip (2-2) for clamping the pin plate (1-1) is provided within the female jack (2-1) of each female connector spring (2). A male fastener (1-2) is provided on each pin plate (1-1). The lower clamping plate of each elastic clip (2-2) is provided with a female base catch (2-3) protruding upwards to be clipped into the male fastener (1-2). The present connector structure for vehicle lights has good practicality, low production cost, a novel structure, a convenient insertion connection, and has an anti-lock structure, does not come loose, has good stability, is easy to disassemble, and when applied to vehicle lights, improves the quality and performance thereof.
