Abstract:
A connector 2 is attached to a circuit board 10 and connected to a mate connector 2 along an axis line CL1 perpendicular to the circuit board 10. The connector 2 comprises: an electrically conductive inner surrounding wall 110 that surrounds the axis line CL1; an electrically conductive outer surrounding wall 120 that surrounds the axis line CL1 and the inner surrounding wall 110; a plurality of electrically conductive inner contacts 210 that are disposed in the inner surrounding wall 110, electrically connected to the circuit board 10, and respectively brought into contact with a plurality of mate inner contacts 210 of the mate connector 2; and one or more electrically conductive outer contacts 220 that are disposed between the inner surrounding wall 110 and the outer surrounding wall 120, electrically connected to the circuit board 10, and respectively brought into contact with one or more mate outer contacts 220 of the mate connector 2.
