Provided are a connector terminal (1) with which interference with other terminals during bending processing can be avoided, and a connector (10) including the connector terminal (1). The connector terminal (1) comprises: an engagement part (2) that is electrically connected to a terminal of a counterpart connector; a board connection part (4) that extends in a direction orthogonal to the engagement part (2) and that is electrically connected to a circuit board (6); and a coupling part (3) that couples the engagement part (2) and the board connection part (4). The coupling part (3) includes: a plurality of bent sections (31, 32); an inclined section (34) that is interposed between the adjacent bent sections (31, 32); a connector-side end section (33) that extends from the bent section (31) on the engagement part (2) side and that is connected to the engagement part (2); and a board-side end section (35) that extends from the bent section (32) on the board connection part (4) side and that is connected to the board connection part (4).
