Abstract:
A connector capable of increasing a wiping effect between contactors and terminals while reducing the sizes of parts and providing a high durability to make it hard for a plate spring to cause a permanent deformation, comprising a jack body (2) having a plug insert port (2a), a jack (1) having at least the pair of opposed contactors (4, 4) installed in the jack body (2), a plug (5) inserted from the plug insert port (2a) and having the terminals (7, 7) electrically coming into contact with the contactors (4, 4) at the tip side peripheral part thereof, and a rubber material (9) installed on the jack (1) or the plug (5) and performing wiping in the contact state of the terminals (7, 7) with the containers (4, 4) of the jack when the plug (5) is pushed back after the plug (5) is inserted into the bottommost part of the jack (1).
