Abstract:
Provided is a connector that can increase the permitted current value of a terminal even in a configuration such that a first and second connector can mutually move in a front-back direction and a widthwise direction. The dimensions in the width direction of the mobile section (13c) of each first terminal (13) of the first connector (10) are formed larger than the dimensions in the thickness direction in a manner so that the mobile section (13c) elastically deforms in the front-back direction (Y direction) of the connector, and the dimensions in the thickness direction of the mobile section (23f) of each second terminal (23) of the second connector (20) are formed larger than the dimensions in the width direction in a manner so that the mobile section (23f) elastically deforms in the width direction (X direction) of the connector, and so compared to that which has been formed in a sufficiently elastically deformable manner in both the front-back direction and width direction of the connector, it is possible to increase the cross-sectional area of each mobile section (13c, 23f), and so it is possible to increase the permitted current value of each terminal (13, 23).
