A connector (1) is provided with the following: a bus bar (7) having a plurality of contact sections (3) and a connecting section (5) that integrally connects the plurality of contact sections (3); a first housing (13) that is made of a synthetic resin and that has a first engagement section (11) into which the connecting section (5) of the bus bar (7) is press-fit and within which the plurality of contact sections (3) are disposed; a plurality of terminals (17) each of which has a contacted section (15) that is in contact with a contact section (3) of the bus bar (7); and a second housing (23) that is made of a synthetic resin and that has a second engagement section (19) which can engage with the first engagement section (11) of the first housing (13) and a plurality of terminal housing chambers (21) which are disposed within this second engagement section (19) and each of which houses the contacted section (15) of the plurality of terminals (17). A gap (C) between the contacted section (15) of each terminal (17) and the inner wall of each terminal housing chamber (21) is set to be at least as large as the amount of movement of the contacted section (15) of the terminal (17) due to thermal shock differences between the bus bar (7) and the second housing (23).
