Abstract:
The connector (10) disclosed in this specification is a connector (10) wherein a pair of male terminals (30) are connected through a spring terminal (40). The connector (10) has a constitution comprising: a housing (20) in which the pair of male terminals (30) have been mounted; first ribs (29A) provided in the housing (20) at positions contacting the two side-edge portions of the spring terminal (40), wherein the first ribs (29A) contact the two side-edge portions of the spring terminal (40) ahead of the male terminals (30) and deform the spring terminal (40) elastically so that the spring terminal (40) does not come in contact with end portions (34) of the male terminals (30); second ribs (29B) each provided to be arranged adjacent to the first ribs (29A) in the housing (20), wherein said second ribs (29B) contact the spring terminal (40) by changing places with the first ribs (29A), then, cause the spring terminal (40) to be seated gently on the male terminals (30); and contact portions (35), each provided so as to be arranged adjacent to each of the end portions (34) of the male terminals (30), wherein said contact portions (35) contact the spring terminal (40) by changing places with the second ribs (29B).
