Abstract:
A waterproof connector (10) disclosed by this description can be fitted to a device-side connector (80) and is provided with: a housing (30) having a fitting section (34) capable of being fitted in the outer cylinder section (82) of the device-side connector (80); a connector seal ring (36) fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the fitting section (34) and in elastic close contact with both the outer cylinder section (82) and the fitting section (34); a plurality of individual terminal receiving sections (37) provided to the housing (30) and respectively fitted in a plurality of device-side cavities (84) provided in the device-side connector (80); and individual seal rings (38) fitted to the outer peripheral surfaces of the individual terminal receiving sections (37) and in elastic close contact with the inner peripheral surfaces of the device-side cavities (84) and with the individual terminal receiving sections (37). The connector is characterized in that the connector seal ring (36) and the individual seal rings are arranged offset from each other in the front-rear direction.
