Abstract:
The present invention reliably holds a terminal metal fitting within a dielectric while allowing the size to be reduced. A connector is provided with a terminal metal fitting (20) connected to a core wire (16) of a shielded cable (15), a dielectric (23) made of synthetic resin capable of accommodating the terminal metal fitting (20) in a positioned state, and an upper case (24) and a lower case (34) constituting a part of the dielectric (23) by uniting so as to sandwich the terminal metal fitting (20). The direction in which the upper case (24) and the lower case (34) unite and separate intersects the direction in which the terminal metal fitting (20) and the core wire (16) connected to the terminal metal fitting (20) are aligned.
