Abstract:
A connector is achieved with which it is possible to suppress the occurrence of arcing when a secondary-side terminal is removed from a second terminal, and which can be installed not only in an AC path, but also in a DC path. A connector (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first terminal (3) to which a primary-side terminal (8) is electrically connected, a second terminal (4) to which a secondary-side terminal (9) is electrically connected, and a connection means (6) that is operated so as to electrically connect the first terminal (3) and the second terminal (4) and to interrupt said connection, wherein the connector is provided with an interruption-enabling/disabling means (7) for disabling interruption of the electrical connection between the secondary-side terminal (9) and the second terminal (4) in coordination with the first terminal (3) and the second terminal (4) being electrically connected by the connection means (6).
