Abstract:
Provided is a connector that is used by being placed in the middle of a line through which a liquid passes, the connector being able to enter a connected state in which the middle of the line is connected in a liquid-tight manner, and a connection released state in which the connected state is released. This connector has the following: a pressure closure part that can switch operation so as to pressure-close a tube constituting the line during the connection released state, and release the pressure closure of the tube during the connected state; and an operation part that can switch the operation of the pressure closure part by rotationally operating the pressure closure part around the tube while maintaining the position of the pressure closure part in the tube lengthwise direction.
