Abstract:
A housing 31 for a connector 22 has an affixation section 41 which is fitted into a mounting hole 11X in a device case 11, and a rectangular cylindrical hood section 42 which protrudes from the inner end surface 41b of the affixation section 41. A mounting groove 41a in which a seal ring 35 is mounted is formed in the outer circumferential surface of the affixation section 41 so as to extend along the entire circumference of the affixation section 41. A containing recess 43 is formed in the affixation section 41. The connector 22 has a plurality of terminals 32 affixed to the housing 31 so as to protrude from the bottom surface 43b of the containing recess 43. The containing recess 43 and an inner portion of the hood section 42 form a connector joint chamber 51 into which a device case 11-side connector is inserted. When viewed in the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the plurality of terminals 32 extend, the mounting groove 41a is provided so as to overlap the portions of the plurality of terminals 32, which protrude from the bottom surface 43b of the containing recess 43.
