Abstract:
Provided is a connector that is capable of obtaining a sufficient fitting holding force even in a state in which the connector is reduced in height and size and that has excellent ease of insertion and withdrawal. A connector (10) according to this disclosure is provided with: a first connector (20) including a first insulator (30) that has a fitting convex section (33) and a first lock member (50) that is held by the first insulator (30); and a second connector (60) including a second insulator (70) that has a fitting concave section (73) to be fitted to the fitting convex section (33) and a second lock member (90a) that is held by the second insulator (70). One of the first lock member (50) and the second lock member (90a) has an elastically deformable section (92a) that has elasticity and an operation section (93a) that is used to operate the elastically deformable section (92a), and the other has an engagement section (51) that is engaged with the elastically deformable section (92a) when the first connector (20) and the second connector (60) are fitted together.
