Abstract:
In order to prevent, in a flat cable, damage to a connecting portion between a terminal fitting and a conductor, this connector (1) is provided with a lower side lower housing (2) and an upper side upper housing (3) which are vertically assembled. The connector (1) is provided with a terminal fitting (10) that is held between the assembled lower housing (2) and the upper housing (3). The connector (1) is provided with a flat cable (4) that has a conductor that is connected to the terminal fitting (10), and a sheet-like member (11) that covers the conductor. The connector (1) is provided with a pin (30) that is provided on the upper side so as to stand upright from the lower housing (2). The connector (1) has therein a reinforcing hole (13) to which the pin (30) can be locked in a mode in which the flat cable (4) passes therethrough and while the pin (30) is inserted.
