Abstract:
Provided is a connector having excellent high-speed transmission performance, while having a misalignment handling function. A connector 100 is provided with: a signal terminal 30 having a terminal contacting portion 34 capable of coming into conducting contact with a first contacting portion 83A of a connection target object 80 to be connected from one side in the Z-direction; a housing 20 holding the signal terminal 30; and a shell 50 enclosing at least a portion of the signal terminal 30. The shell 50 has a shield contacting portion 51 which comes into conducting contact with a second contacting portion 84A of the connection target object 80. The shell is displaceable in the Z-direction.
