Abstract:
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a connector which makes it possible to ensure electromagnetic shielding performance while dealing with higher currents. A plurality of electric wires (22) each having an electromagnetic shielding member (33) are electrically connected to a plurality of terminals arranged in a first direction (D1). A plurality of shell rings (25) that are respectively mounted to the plurality of electric wires are arranged in the first direction. A conductive attachment (26) is disposed between the shell rings adjacent to each other in the first direction. Each shell ring electrically connects the electromagnetic shielding member (33) of the electric wire to which the shell ring is mounted and a shielding shell (24) that covers the plurality of terminals. The attachment (26) has a covering part (91) that covers a gap between the shell rings adjacent to each other in the first direction. The attachment (26) further has a first pressing part (92a) and a second pressing part (92b) each of which is in contact with a contact surface (85) adjacent to the attachment in the first direction and presses the contact surface by force including a component in a direction parallel to the first direction.
