Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to further heighten safety when a mechanical parking device performs a mechanical operation. The console panel (22) of a mechanical parking device is provided with: an IC card reader (32) for reading an ID number from an IC card in which a user's ID number is stored; an operation screen (33) for accepting input of an indication for mechanical operation of the mechanical parking device by the user when authentication based on the ID number read by the IC card reader (32) is successful; and an IC card holder (36) for holding the IC card to enable ID number readout by the IC card reader (32) during execution of mechanical operation of the mechanical parking device.
