Abstract:
A constant compression pressure and constant air/fuel ratio engine without
an air throttle comprises an electric or hydraulic executive system, two-way
cylinders, a distribution system, sensors, an electric control system and an
electric spray system, and also comprises a multiple synchronous link position
set, an upper and lower cylinder moving set, combined camshaft mechanism mounted
on the distribution system or an electromagnetic air-valve control system producing
an exhaling stroke, a fuel-feed system of constant air/fuel ratio and a compression
pressure regulation system. A method of controlling knocking of the engine is
also disclosed. The engine has five strokes and the function of constant compression
pressure, variable displacement, a closed angle of a variable air-valve and
knocking avoidance. The power consumption of the sucking stroke is smaller.
The compression pressure, the inflatable amount and the air/fuel ratio under
different work conditions are initialized artificially by the system regulated
by the compression pressure. The engine can work and avoid causing knocking under
the full work condition and the higher compression pressure. The engine can get
the best compression pressure and air/fuel ratio during the whole process under
different work conditions, which makes it more powerful, energy-saving and
environment-protecting.
