Abstract:
A constant-flow injection pump system (106) comprises a first plunger pump (11), a second plunger pump (14), a first one-way valve (16), a second one-way valve (17), a third one-way valve (18), a fourth one-way valve (19), a liquid outlet pipe (20), and a liquid inlet pipe (21). An outlet (12) of the first plunger pump is separately connected to an inlet of the first one-way valve and an outlet of the second one-way valve; an outlet of the first one-way valve is connected to the liquid outlet pipe; the liquid inlet pipe is separately connected to an inlet of the second one-way valve and an inlet of the third one-way valve; an outlet (15) of the second plunger pump is separately connected to an outlet of the third one-way valve and an inlet of the fourth one-way valve; an outlet of the fourth one-way valve is connected to the liquid outlet pipe. The constant-flow injection system can keep the flow rate of a liquid constant and adjustable. A magnetic cell sorting apparatus comprising the constant-flow injection pump system has a simple structure, is efficient and reliable, and is suitable for continuous and high-capacity magnetic cell separation. The apparatus is integrated with a target cell washing function, so that cell sorting and washing can be completed at one time, thereby achieving high-quality continuous cell sorting.
