Abstract:
A constant pressure-type exhaust brake butterfly valve, comprising a valve body (2) provided with an upper fixing through-hole and a lower fixing through-hole, a butterfly piece (3) arranged in an inner cavity of the valve body (2), a connecting rod mechanism (4) passing through the upper fixing through-hole and connected to an upper edge of the butterfly piece (3), a support shaft (5) passing through the lower fixing through-hole and connected to a lower edge of the butterfly piece (3), a pressure relief port device arranged at a bottom portion of the butterfly piece (3), and a pressure-regulating device arranged within the lower fixing through-hole and connected to the pressure relief port device. The pressure relief port device comprises a first pressure relief port (6), a second pressure relief port (7) and a pressure relief channel connecting the first pressure relief port (6) and the second pressure relief port (7). The pressure-regulating device is connected to the pressure relief channel. The position and movement of a sealing ball (9) can be effectively controlled via the pressure-regulating device, reducing waste gas leakage and ensuring the performance of the constant pressure-type exhaust brake butterfly valve. When the exhaust back pressure exceeds a setting, the sealing ball can be rapidly pushed away, forming the pressure relief channel to discharge waste gas. Pressure regulation is smooth, exhaust efficiency is high, and the problem of carbon accumulation within an exhaust brake valve is solved effectively, increasing the service life thereof.
