A constant-temperature cold-reserving box in which an object can be kept cool over long within a given low-temperature range. The constant-temperature cold-reserving box (1) comprises a cold-reserving outer box (11), a lip part (12), and partitions (13). The partitions (13) separate the inside of the cold-reserving outer box (11) into a first space (14) and a second space (15). In the first space (14) are placed a housing container (32) containing an object (31) to be kept cool at a constant temperature and cold-storage materials (21) by which the housing container (32) is surrounded. In the second space (15) is placed dry ice (22). Due to the cold generated by the sublimation of the dry ice (22), the temperature of the object (31) is kept at around the solidifying temperature of the cold-storage materials (21), with the partitions (13), cold-storage materials (21), and walls of the housing container (32) serving as buffer materials.
