Provided is a constant-temperature storage device with which the transport cost can be reduced significantly by reducing the time required for preparatory work performed before a storage object is stored in the device and transported. This constant-temperature storage device (1) is equipped with: an ozone generation device (10) that enables a storage object stored in the device interior (1a) to be transported while the storage object is maintained at a constant temperature with a door (2) closed, and that sterilizes and deodorizes the device interior by generating ozone within the device interior; a cold storage device (12) that maintains the device interior at a constant temperature by means of cold air from a cold storage medium (12a) in which cold energy has been stored; and a control device (16) that, during the preparatory work for the constant-temperature storage device, causes the ozone generation device to begin generating ozone simultaneous with the start of the accumulation of cold energy in the cold storage medium by means of the cold storage device.
